One of the most popular self-care practices out there is meditation. It has been scientifically proven that meditation has many benefits for our brain and our physical health. Meditation can help us clear away distractions and feel more grounded at the moment. Honestly, I never thought about yoga or mediation until one of my clients wanted to start a course. That being said, it doesn't have to be meditation - anything that allows you to take some time for yourself can be considered. For me, I have found that working my son's puppy at least three times a day has been very relaxing. While I am walking, he forces me to step away from my computer a few times a day to relax my mind. I get my exercise in and listen to a 20-minute podcast on jam with my favorite gospel music. Self-care practices are very important for people who are running their businesses.


You can not give up on these practices just because you are busy with work. Self-care is crucial to the success of your business, and it will help you stay healthy and happy.
